Evie Litherland-Smith 3ed4f45d84 Split KDE panels in 2 again 
Move "main" panel to top of screen. Split kickoff and tasks to
separate, window-dodging panel at bottom of screen.

Swap kicker back for kickoff to remove that weird spacing issue for
the icon.
