Move (hopefully) all reverse proxies to caddy
Left off adguard for now, tbd if it needs outside access
Moved service expressions up a level since it was a bit unneccesary before
Remove jupyter service and qbittorrent traefik route
Add ntfy-sh (enabled) and initial grafana (not enabled) expressions
Change services to call own traefik expression, rather than needing to
be called explicitly
