Remove teams-for-linux, update chromium config and add package
...
teams-for-linux seems to have support issues with new teams updates,
so switching to just using chromium as my browser as that should work
better
Add chromium package back, also waybar rewrite and window rules, set
as default browser for mimeapps
Update chromium configs; Add ManagedBookmarks and alphabetise the
other config options. Add ublock-origin, simplelogin and catppuccin
theme plugins

Fix accidentally disabling work email on work machines...

Move work email config to separate work.nix file in email directory,
remove the if block dependencies on mu status since that doesn't get
update if mu.enable is changed in another file!

Disable work email on personal machines

Outlook update seems to have broken davmail outside the VPN, so
removed from personal computers.
Removed accountEnabled let var and just tie account activation to mu
status.

Move commonModule into system/default.nix
Keep most essential parts (user definition, home-manager init) in
flake.nix but move rest to system/default.nix
Remove some tui expressions from home and add all to home/default.nix,
will always want those so always use
Disable gamescope session unless gamescope.nix imported
Move various home.package definitions to environment.systemPackage in
system/ expressions, located based on appropriate use
Move wallpapers directory due to restructure, no other changes to it
