Rename default.nix -> derivation.nix

Add Iosevka Etoile back again, simply slab variant of Aile

Move names to separate files so they can be reused in both font
definition and names output of flake

Iosevka Custom Build

My customised build of Iosevka font.

Build with nix, recommended to use --max-jobs 1 as Iosevka can consume significant resources at peak.

Locked version of nixpkgs will be build and cached at https://nix.xenia.me.uk, using the flake will prompt to add as extra substituter.
